Overview

The story needs to be told comprehensively

Yahoo's current election center aggregates all reports and employs a traditional infinite scroll for display. Informed by insights from UXR studies and metrics, our objective is to enhance the user experience by providing a comprehensive narrative and a holistic view of the election's dynamics.

Problems

Yahoo made minimal efforts in the pre-election phases

In the current election center, Yahoo only emphasized election week’s data to users, neglecting earlier phases and presenting fragmented news content. As a result, visitor numbers have been declining year over year.
